Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of people do you photograph?

I have photographed business professionals, actors, lawyers, journalists, real estate agents…the list goes on! Anyone who wants to improve their online presence will benefit from a professional headshot.

Do I have to be a professional to be photographed?

No, because everyone deserves a good photo! For example, you may want a portrait taken for a dating website profile, or photos for social media. I am happy to accommodate your needs.

What is it like to be photographed?

If I had to describe the experience with a few words, they would be: comfortable, cozy, and coffee! Before the shoot, we will talk about your outfit, makeup, and hair to make sure they are photo-friendly while still reflecting you. During the shoot, I like to carry on a conversation while taking photos. We go back and forth, taking and then checking the photos together to adjust the hair, expression, and poses to get the perfect shot. If we have time, we may also go through the photos together at the end.

How can I look good in photos?

First of all, don’t worry if you’ve never had a photo taken professionally before. My job is to pay attention to the details and guide you throughout the shoot. The most important thing is that you feel you can trust me, and can feel like yourself around me.

When do I get the photos?

An online proof gallery will be sent to you within a day. Depending on the package, it can take up to 3-7 days after your selection for the retouched digital photos to reach you.

How long does it take to be photographed?

My minimum package is an hour. It takes some time for us to get to know each other — and people look better on camera when they’re relaxed and comfortable!

Are your photos retouched?

Yes, they are very carefully and very subtly retouched. You will always be your recognizable self!

What are your rates? How can I book a session?

You can find the portrait session detailed packages and book a session here.

If you would like to book a group shoot, or have any other requests, please feel free to contact me at [email protected] for more details.

Do you work alone?

Yes, for the most part. I collaborate with makeup/hair artists when requested, and for on-location work, I sometimes work with an assistant.

Who have you worked with?

I have worked with: Microsoft, Power Corporation, Investissement Quebec, Rogers, ACTRA, Bell Canada, CBRE, Montoni, Desjardins, Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank of Canada, Swarovski, TD Canada Trust, National Bank of Canada, MAC Cosmetics, Randstad, Laura Canada, Sobeys and many more.

Are you going to put my photo on your website/social media?

Only if you give me permission!
